Romeo, Haiti
 L'eglise Baptiste de Romeo (pronounced ro MAY oh), which was started many years ago by Pastor Apollon Noel, has approximately 600 members. Pastor Edlin Franel has been the pastor there since 2007.

Romeo is a community of approximately 14,000 people situated on the main road leading from Cap-Haitian to the border of the Dominican Republic. Romeo is just a few miles east of Terrier Rouge.

Many of the people living in this area make their living from making and selling charcoal. Most are also subsistence farmers. But there is really very little employment in the area.

In October of 2010, 53 children from the community of Romeo were added to the Sponsorship Program of His Hands for Haiti.
